The newly launched Wrest Park Enterprise Centre, located in Silsoe off the A6 in Central Bedfordshire, opened its' doors last week to its' first tenants - County View Cleaning Ltd.
Specialists in commercial, industrial and domestic cleaning, County View Cleaning was established in 2004 and strives to achieve the highest standards using the latest products and technology.
Dave Tew, of County View said of the move "having seen our business become established throughout Bedfordshire & surrounding counties we have long felt the need to find a space that would grow with our business rather than having to keep moving on - the enterprise centre motto "flexible space to suit your pace.." sits perfectly with that.
Partner Ben Saunders agrees "Good value and flexibility are really important to us, so the easy in - easy out terms really work for us. Also, we have various clients in London, so access to the A1/ M1 network is important too."
"Our aim is to provide the right space, facilities and surroundings so that business owners can just concentrate on what they do best. A flexible short term licence agreement works for most new start or small businesses as it avoids the headache of complicated legal work associated with ownership or long leases" commented David Taylor, Centre Manager.
"Since launching we have reserved several units and have attracted a good level of interest from a variety of businesses, not just those working from home, but also those seeking a better alternative to their current premises - perhaps the chance to win serviced offices rent free for a year in our launch competition has something to do with it!"
