Approximately 100 people every week suffer a sudden cardiac arrest at work and their chances of survival decrease by 10% every minute so it is imperative that care is delivered as soon as possible. if defibrillation along with CPR is delivered within 3 - 5 minutes of a victim collapsing, chances of survival can increase from 6% to 74%
